Hot Stone Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet & hands to help correct energy flows throughout your body.

Enhance Your Massage

Add the following choices to upgrade your massage.

Deep Tissue Upgrade

For those who prefer a deeper more therapeutic level of massage. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Hot Stone Zone Treatment

Add 4-6 warmed stones applied to one area of the body to enhance your massage or just to try hot stones. * Can not be added to pregnancy massage.

Dry Exfoliation Add on

Full body Dry Exfoliation Treatment added to any massage to help with dry skin. No shower required. This also includes a deep hydration treatment.

15 Min Reflexology Add on

$15

15 minutes of foot reflexology added to 30-90 minute massages. Can not be added to Pregnancy Massage.
